Technician in the prototype department of F.Murcia (Biturbo). Developing new products for the motorcycle market.

 

At different stages in my own company manufacturing exhaust pipes and special parts for motorcycles.

 

Manager of metal manufacturing of the prototypes department at the Design Center Europe (Audi-VolksWagen) of Sitges (Spain) for 10 years. Responsible for building mock-ups of new models.

 

Partner and head of the manufacturing workshop at IFR automotive SL during four years. Responsible of internal manufacturing  of a high performance sportscar prototype. (www.ifrautomotive.com).

 

Currently developing and manufacturing special parts in aluminum, steel, titanium and carbon steel, for all types of vehicles and special machinery.

Manufacturing and repairing of Exhaust systems for 2 and 4 stroke engines. (manifolds, silencers and piping).

 

Manufacturing of Radiators and Intercoolers.

 

Manufacturing of metal tanks for any liquid (water, oil, fuel).

 

Fabrication and machining (CNC and manual).

 

Manufacturing of any kind of custom metal parts for cars and motorbikes.

 

Reproduction and repairing of aluminium parts (metal casting and CNC).
